Tile Chip Repair

Fix a chip or dent in a damaged natural stone, porcelain or ceramic tile. This process typically involves an epoxy fill.
A few notes:

In some rare cases (depending on the tile type and finish), the repair may always be slightly visible up close. If perfection is critical, we recommend a tile replacement. Please call ahead of booking if you are unsure.
Pricing advertised is our minimum charge. Additional time spent on site will result in a bill of $106 per additional hour spent. You will receive a pricing update once on site.
This is a relatively clean process, you shouldn't expect airborne dust.
If you are located outside of our service zone (Niagara Region, ON, Canada) a travel charge will be applied to the total.

Hardwood Chip & Dent Repair

1 hr 40 mins··$250

Repair hardwood chips, dents and scratches so they are not visible to the naked eye. This process involves a combination of hard-wax, epoxy, fillers, and oil solutions depending on the damage to the plank.

A few notes:

The pricing advertised is the minimum charge. If the extent of the job due to the number/severity of damage exceeds 1.5 hours, labor is billed at $82 per additional hour.
If the entirety of your flooring is scratched and dented, or the finish itself is defective throughout (typically peeling or raised grain), you will require your floors to be refinished. Please call us prior to booking if you are unsure.
This is a relatively clean process, you shouldn't expect airborne dust or fumes. We will notify you ahead of the repair if otherwise.
If you are located outside of our service zone (Niagara Region, ON, Canada) a travel charge will be applied to the total.

Vinyl Plank Chip & Dent Repair

Grout Restoration

3 hrs··$600

Restore dirty or dilapidated tile grout to it's original color, or change the color completely with a colored grout sealer. Includes either porcelain tile or ceramic tile in showers or floors.

Notes:
Pricing advertised is our minimum charge. The minimum charge may be higher than expected because the materials and solutions required are expensive in nature. Additional labor required to complete the job is priced at $106 per extra hour. Estimates will be issued prior to starting the job.
If a complete color change of grout is required, this is only possible on larger sized tiles - mosaics are not included.
Grout cleaning restores grout to it's original condition in cement-based grouts only (most common type). If your tile has an epoxy or acrylic based grout, this service will improve but not necessarily completely restore the color (depending on how extensive staining/damage is). Please call us ahead if you are unsure.

LVP Plank Replacement

3 hrs··$275

Replace a defective Luxury Vinyl flooring plank - whether it's a piece you don't like or a piece that is damaged beyond repair. The process involves cutting out the existing piece if it is a drop-lock plank or peeling out the plank if it is glued down, and replacing the plank with a new piece.

A few notes:

Pricing advertised is the minimum charge. Additional floating floor planks are priced at $125 each, and additional glued looselay planks are priced at $65 each.
For best results, you will need a replacement plank from your original flooring lot. While it is technically possible to install a different plank, it will rarely look good. Be sure to contact us if you don't have a plank so we can discuss alternative options.
This is a very clean process, you shouldn't expect airborne dust. Cleanup is included.
If the hardwood plank in question is partially under a permanent fixture (toilet, kitchen cabinetry, wired appliances, etc) we will either refund you if we can not remove the piece, or charge an additional fee to accommodate the replacement.
If you are located outside of our service zone (Niagara Region, ON, Canada) a travel charge will be applied to the total.

Hardwood Plank Replacement

Replace a defective hardwood flooring plank - whether it's a piece you don't like or a piece that is damaged beyond repair. The process involves cutting out the existing piece and replacing the plank with a new piece.

Pricing advertised is our minimum charge and includes up to 2 plank replacements. Additional planks are priced at $125 each.*
For best results, you will need a replacement plank from your original flooring lot. While it is technically possible to install a different plank, it will rarely look good. Be sure to contact us if you don't have a plank so we can discuss alternative options.
This is a relatively clean process, you shouldn't expect airborne dust. However due to the fact that saws are used to remove the defective plank, there will be some dust. Cleanup is included.
If the hardwood plank in question is partially under a permanent fixture (toilet, kitchen cabinetry, wired appliances, etc) we will either refund you if we can not remove the piece, or charge an additional fee to accommodate the replacement.
If you are located outside of our service zone (Niagara Region, ON, Canada) a travel charge will be applied to the total.

Tile Replacement

7 hrs··$800

Replace a defective flooring tile - whether it's a piece you don't like or a piece that is damaged beyond repair. The process involves cutting out the existing tile and replacing it with a new one.

A few notes:

Pricing advertised is our minimum charge. Additional tiles are priced at $250 per tile.
For best results, you will need a replacement tile from your original flooring lot. While it is technically possible to install a different tile, it will rarely look consistent unless there is a lot of variation. Be sure to contact us if you are unsure so we can discuss alternative options.
This can be a dusty process, however we use vacuums to ensure it is minimal. If you would like a completely dust free job - we are able to setup a negative air pressure system priced at $980. Due to the pricing, we recommend avoiding this system for only a few tiles.
If the tile in question is partially under a permanent fixture (toilet, kitchen cabinetry, wired appliances, etc) we will either issue a refund (if pre-paid) if we can not remove the piece, or charge an additional fee to accommodate the replacement.
If you are located outside of our service zone (Niagara Region, ON, Canada) a travel charge will be applied to the total.

We have over 15 years of individual experience in the Niagara Region as installers, flooring store managers, and estimators.
There are very few manufacturers that we haven't worked with, and as a result we are familiar with common products' strengths, weaknesses, warranty fulfillment, and pricing value.

Our methods are meant for longevity just as much as they are aesthetic. In other words, we make it look amazing and we stand by our work.

Flooring repairs are far more of a craft than simple installation - as a result most installers simply will not attempt to repair flooring. We happen to love it.
